My Name is Paul and i have been dealing with Carbon Energy for the last 6 years, I would like to thank the girls for all their hard work in doing my Tender again this year. I am very busy this time of the year and Carbon Energy have take the burden of ringing around for quotes out of my hands, my company has saved 3 times now and each time i have had the opportunity to stay with my current supplier or move to another is forced on you. The choice is always mine. The analysis is so professional and i had offers from 5 or 6 retailers to choose from. Thank you again and we will be talking again in 2020

YOU HAVE BEEN CONNED! if you engaged a broker like Carbon Energy because they told you their service is free and/or they have “immense” buying power. All electricity retailers add the brokerage they pay to brokers, to the price you can get yourself. All you need to do is tell them you are shopping around and you want their best price. You will have around twice as much choice as only about half the electricity retailers deal with brokers. Retailers only make around half a cent for every unit of electricity they sell in a competitive tender situation so there is no room for bulk buying power. If you want the cheapest, get it without adding brokerage to your costs. Carbon Energy will cost you money every two years if you let them negotiate your electricity contract.No matter what weasel words CE respond with, if you check with your retailer they should admit that the brokerage they redistribute to the broker, is added to the tariff you would normally get. CE don't deal with all retailers licensed to supply you.Although they claim to disclose fees they blatantly lie on their web by saying no cost"""

I was a bit skeptical when they approached me to review my business energy cost. Not knowing that I have choices as a business. They go through my energy cost and data and provide me with very comprehensive report detailing the savings that I may achieve simply from moving to another retailer. I found them very professional, efficient and approachable. I will definitely re-employ them for my contract renewal and wont hesitate to recommend them.

FAKE REVIEWS AND SECRET COMMISSIONS ARE AGAINST THE LAW. Carbon Energy are guilty of both. How can you trust a business that gives itself good reviews? Rama Kusuma (the owner) has given himself a four-star review. It’s no surprise that he “highly recommends” himself. If Carbon Energy stoop to such an obvious misrepresentation it is quite likely that none of the positive reviews posted are legitimate.For many years their web site has stated that there is no cost attached to their service but the brokerage paid to brokers like Carbon Energy, is added to your tariff. That extra cost equates roughly to the margin an electricity retailer makes so you pay about double the margin if you use a broker like Carbon Energy.

Wow!! What a fantastic company. They saved me so much money on my utilities. I was getting charged excessively before and I had no idea. They even helped me to understand solar quotes and identify wether we really needed it or not. The consultants were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and willing to listen to my needs and concerns. I highly recommend carbon energy expert to all businesses when looking to install solar or recontract your gas and electricity!!

My direct price from my supplier was higher than their price. I don't know how they managed to do that. But, I'm not complaining my $8000 savings per annum for using them.

I came across CEE through a referral from one of our suppliers. With very little knowledge on the the energy market in WA, their assistance is becoming very handy. They analysed our energy costs, tender the supply and provided us with a very easy to understand recommendation.Karl Hartley (their BDM) managed to get $15,000 reduction per annum for electricity and $4,000 on the gas supply. I guess the best part of this whole process is risks free and costs free.

This lot are dodgy. As brokers they probably deal with only 2 or 3 of 9 electricity retailers. You don't know if their recommendations are influenced by the level of brokerage paid and they are lying when they say there is no cost to their service. The retailer adds brokerage to the price. Just ask your retailer. I bet their high reviews are rigged. xxxxx Interesting response to this review. They aren't admitting that although their web says their service is free, their brokerage is added to the retailer's price. I wouldn't call that free! As far as I know only a few electricity retailers deal with brokers.
